Back To The Beach Software's Web Studio 4.0 is a great inexpensive tool enabling anyone to design and publish websites regardless of experience by enabling you to lay out and style the pages with a WYSIWYG Editor (What You See Is What You Get). Layering objects along with graphics and photo manipulation is embedded into the program with  tools like image resizing and cropping as you work.

After installing on your computer of choice, before you get started designing, there are a few things you can do to find and use your files more efficiently, and help you work easily with the software.

Step 1, read the documentation, it is VERY thorough and covers just about everything you could want to know about using WS 4.0. But not quite, so here are some that aren't covered we figured out and others we have found by searching the web  :
