The first thing we recommend is to create a FOLDER specifically to house ALL your newly added gallery items due to the way WS 4.0 attempts to "remember" where imported files come from and access them again at that location later. This is normally fine until you add, reorganize locations, change the name of, or delete files. Then the link for WS 4.0 will be broken and it will no longer know where to find the file when attempting to create your pages, returning errors of "file not found". This is especially true if you "Insert - Picture from File" often in building your pages.

We recommend creating the FOLDER in the WS 4.0 program root directory so it will be easier to find, and you could also create sub-folders for different types of items.

Now, when you wish to add an item to your galleries, first copy it to the appropriate location in your CREATED FOLDER. Then add it to the appropriate gallery in WS 4.0 and it will always have a copy and know the location of the file.
